The contact owns a 2009 Nissan Rogue. While driving at any speed, the air conditioner blew hot air and the driver side blinker light flashed rapidly at times. There was also a burning odor when driving uphill. The vehicle was taken to a mechanic who diagnosed that there was a failure within the fuse and/or relay panel. The manufacturer was not notified. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 85,000.
