I own a white 2015 NIssan Quest van. So far I was very happy with the vehicle. But the other day I noticed paint peeling off the car. Never have I owned a vehicle where the paint peeled off. It is obviously a fabrication issue. You can tell that the paint job was of very poor quality to begin with. Nissan won't do anything about it and refers to the vehicle being out of warranty for the peeling paint. I know that the vehicle is out of warranty, but this particular issue has to do with a fabrication error and Nissan should be an upstanding company and take care of it.
Of course after going on the internet and researching the Nissan peeling paint issue, I found out, that this is obviously a common problem with Nissan vehicles and there have been class action lawsuits on other models. Apparently it will take another class action lawsuit. One thing is for sure, I won't ever buy a Nissan again, nor will I recommend Nissan to anyone. I probably will have to try to get rid of my vehicle as soon as possible, before it looks all hideous and trashy - of course it would be good "advertisement" for Nissan.
