CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2012 Nissan Quest is great in terms of low complaints, but it also has an abysmal crash test rating for one very common type of impact.
The IIHS' "small overlap" crash test rates the vehicle's ability to protect front seat passengers when the car is impacted across 1/4th of the front bumper.
This mimics hitting a pole, or an off-center crash into another car — more common in the real world than a full frontal head-on crash.
See our crash test page for the detailed results — As you can see from the IIHS' crash test video, the Nissan Quest does not protect intrusion into the passenger space & major injury to the front seat passengers is likely.

Called them several times about the check engine light and got nowhere with that. So I took the car to them twice and he told me all they were worried about was the $65.They told me my car was 2 quarts low on oil and he said fill it up where its supposed to be and drive a 1000 miles and let him know from there if somethings wrong.
So I brought it back because it wouldn't quit jerking and acting as if it was going to shut off. Makes a loud noises as if a goose was stuck in the tire. He told me he wasn't going to check anything without $65. So I talked to a guy named Darryl who told me to bring it in. Mark said he wasn't going to check it without the money. He said I didn't have a warranty. So I showed him my warranty and gave him the lady's phone number from the warranty place; therefore he should have done something but he still refused to do anything without the money.
