The contact owns a 2008 Nissan Quest. The contact stated that smoke would rise from under the hood of the vehicle whenever the air conditioner was turned on. The vehicle was inspected by an authorized dealer and the contact was informed that there was corrosion within the air conditioner lines. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, but offered no assitance. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileages were approximately 46,500.
