Not sure how to go about this issue. JB Rider will not help with this issue. I need my vehicle fixed. I've seen several complaints about the Gas Gauge problem on the 2007 Nissan Quest.
After the fuel gauge recall repair was made a new problem resulted. no problem before repair but afterwords when the tank was refilled. the fuel gauge indicated zero fuel and low fuel light comes on. The Nissan fix was to bypass defective resistors on the fuel tank sensor by by-passing them with an amplifier in the dash. I feel the fix was flawed or the mechanic made a voltage go to the sensor by either an error or an attempt to get repair money. Has this type repair been reported before?
