On February 03, 2010 I purchased a 2007 Nissan Quest from Nissan of Queens Dealership at 85-24 Rockaway Blvd. Ozone park , NY, complete with a security service agreement. Between March 08 and June 15, 2010 I returned the vehicle to the nissan shop 5 times complaining of the (engine light on, excessive exhaust smoke, burning oil, and jerking engine when accelerating). Upon the 5th visit they decided to replace the engine. which took from June 15 to July 10, 2010 to replace and damaging the front bumper while doing so. Due to faulty shop errors, two (2) bumpers later and 5 more visits, the correct bumper was finally replaced. All of which cost me an out of pocket expense of $1540.00, which I am attempting to recover.
