Power window in the 2005 Quest rolled up on driver's head while it was out of the window. The windows have and automatic roll up feature. The consumer accidentally hit the switch while head was out the window and the window rolled up. The rear passenger side automatic door sliding door closed on the consumer's finger. The consumer as taken to the emergency room. The finger was not broken.
: the contact stated the rear sliding door was difficult to open. The contact managed to open the door by using extreme force. Although the problem persisted, the vehicle was not seen by a dealer.
The consumer's complained that her children's fingers can become stuck in the door and that the third row seat can disengage. The consumer complained to the dealer but they didn't provide her with any assistance.
