It's not a constant issue, just on long trips when A/C is needed. Front vents are on but no longer blowing the cold air into the cabin. Can sometimes get the issue to correct itself if you make a stop and turn the vehicle off for a short period of time.

The front vents stopped working about three months after purchasing this vehicle (go figure, a soon as the limited warranty is up). The A/C and heat works fine, as well as the defrost vents. The only thing not working is the front vents. Got a quote on it for $2,500 to fix because they had to take the whole dashboard apart (which is a major pain in the butt). Needless to say, it is still not fixed.
