The vehicle's remote door entry system, automatic windows, seat heaters and compass mirror failed. The repair entailed installing a new controller which required new remote entry keys. Originally the consumer was issued two remote keys after repair an the keys where replaced. The consumer only received one and was requested to pay for the second one.
