Purchased car new June 2015 ,new engine required after 11 months in use, only 9000miles recorded. have written to managing director and customer care all to no avail. my car has been at the dealership awaiting a new engine for nearly 1 month, Nissan say they are having difficulty in getting new engine!!!! Nobody seems to care,customer care absolutely useless,dealership never contact me with updates,all confidence in Nissan Cars has disappeared, looking to go to the new car ombudsman and BBC media to complain
