I have been using Nissan Qashqai since January 15th 2015. I bought my car from Nissan- Mecsan ( Aydınlıkevler, Åžht. Cemalettin Cd. No:3, 06130 AltındaÄŸ/Ankara/Turkey) with a plate no of “06 M 0795â€. I have had numerous problems with my car in the last 12 months. My car has alarmed me “at least†8 times with an “orange engine light†in the last 12 months( This is the number that I can prove legally, not counting the episodes out of record). In all cases, because my car is still in the guarantee cover, I called the roadside assistance. In all cases, my car was brought to service with a tow truck. It was repeatedly evaluated for a defect in the engine. However, there was no clear problem detected in the evaluation processes. In all cases a part of the engine has been changed. After discharge from car service, I had the same problem in a few weeks. I have experienced this vicious cycle in the last 12 months. It’s now in the car service (Nissan Okar, Adana, Turkey) again with the same problem, “orange engine lightâ€. I have been exposed to unfortunate problem for the last 12 months and I'm an actively working medical doctor( oncologist) and usually need to travel and have to reach hospital at any time. However, due to problems I have experienced, I'm scared to travel in long distances and problems while caring my patients. This time I request the car service to change my car or give back my money. However, the national Nissan headquarters have not responded for 1 week.
In addition to my unfortunate problem with my car, national Nissan service in İstanbul has not found or tried to solve the problem. Simla ÖZAYDIN- working in customer service, Nissan headquarter has sent numerous e-mails according to my requests, but has not followed the process. Unfortunately, national Nissan headquarters have no effectively handle the problem and ineffective while solving the problem. The costumer service in head quarters also do not provide extra car for me after 3 days of period. At last they provided only in the last 2 episodes.
