I own a Nissan car model Qashqai 2012 motor No. (42652R), chassis No. (2482203) It was of a good performance and reliability till Jan, 2016, and the total distance counter show 49000 km. In this date I discover disturbance and malfunction related to the power transmission (my guess). I go to Nissan maintenance agent immediately to check and repair , which surprise me that the malfunction is the gear box and the estimated cost will be within (40000) Egyptian L.E (about 5000 $) and will be paid by me. As the Nissan agent (United Group) inform me that my car warranty already expired by date (Not by kilometer). I prefer not to go onto argument with them to keep the good relations as this place is my favorite to carry on my regular maintenance since I got my Nissan car ,and they was proficient . I prefer as well to elevate the case to your kind self’s ,whether you help me in this matter or I pay the gear box replacement cost to repair my car, in both cases I’m satisfied with the performance of the car and that’s not the normal for this type of cars and I understand that’s happens sometimes. From the other hand considering the car model and the covered distance it doesn’t match the normal performance of Nissan cars.
