My rear camera display malfunctions and the screen goes black. I took it on to Nissan for repair and the problem is still not resolved. I contacted Nissan on several times and reported the issue to see if my vehicle is on recall list but it-??s not. I believe it should be. I also have issues with my driver window. It gets stuck especially in the winters. I took my vehicle to Nissan to resolve the issue, and they said it-??s glue to how the doors were made. I purchase the vehicle brand new. I feel Nissan rushed the car on me to get a sale and didn-??t double check to see if the vehicle had any flaws. I would like to report a recall on my vehicle. When I looked online I noticed the rear view camera has been recalled and I wonder why my vehicle is not on the recall list. Nissan has a record of my vehicle being brought in to repair it.
TSB Recall Driver assist emergency brake came on and the truck came to a complete halt while driving. Check engine light came on Throttle Chamber Failed
Lost acceleration in the middle of the road when the abs, traction and 4wd waraning came on was able to make home by poweringitbof on back on lucky I was l was a mile away from home, I replaced the ABS but problem stayed the same had to pay a mobile Mechanic to come check it for me and wind up being the 2 rear hub causing the issue but there was a grinding noise sounded like coming from transfer case but wasn't sure. Once all parts replaced I was a ble to take it straight to the dealer to change all the fluid, from transmission, transfer case and differential.
Monday, January 30, at 7:25pm, I was driving my 2019 Nissan Pathfinder at 55mph and the sunroof exploded. The weather was clear, 60 degrees, no precipitation. There was a loud explosion then the sound of glass rained over the roof of the car. The interior shield was closed; therefore, glass did not enter the vehicle. We pulled over immediately to inspect the vehicle. The sunroof was identified as shattered with the glass shards in an upward position. We did not have cars around us. We were on an open road, no where near an overpass. There was nothing that could have fallen or hit the sunroof. Because the glass rained over the car and the glass was positioned upward, it is clear the sunroof exploded.
This 2019 Nissan Pathfinder: The ABS, Traction Control, and Collision lights all illuminate at once on the vehicle's dash board. When the vehicle's engine is turned off and then back on, the lights reset. However, they illuminate once again.
lack of an image in the back-up camera display increases the risk of a crash, i have been told NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID: 19V654000 has been performed already, but i am facing this reverse camera issue still all the times and looking for proper resolution from Nissan on the safety recall issue on my vehicle, i have the receipt for the recall performed and the original issue reverse camera issue not yet resolved on my 2019 pathfinder. hence would like to file consumer complaint in this issue.
While driving the car on country road at speed around 40 miles per hour the car engine shutdown and the car slowly came to a stop. The battery light came on. I put the car in park and restarted the engine. A similar action occurred about a month ago while driving in a federal park and only moving about 20 mph.
Initial item includes power tailgate not operating properly and on at least one occassion it began to close while operator was loading groceries into the back of the vehicle - hitting operator on back. Another item is now occassional screen glitch when using back-up camera/display Lastly - power windows not operating well Vehicle has less than 36,000 miles.
Front driver's window keeps getting stuck when you try to role it up, rear hatch not working properly, gas tank opener gets stuck, sunroof leaks water into the car going through a carwash, bad seal on electric sunroof, transmission problems.
As I was in the drivethru with the car idling, it started to shake and it felt like a thumping going on. I put there car in park and it kept going for about S minute or two before it stopped. This is not the first time it happens.
I went out to my car, which was parked overnight in front of my house - locked- and after I started the car, someone had changed my heat settings to 85 and changed all of my radio settings.
We purchased a brand new Nissan Pathfinder 2019 in March and today as we were driving down the freeway with no cars to the front of us our sunroof exploded throwing glass everywhere off the back of the vehicle. Thank goodness we had the inside visor closed otherwise it would have all come in and hit my 4 year old who was sitting in the back seat. When I contacted the Nissan dealership we purchased the vehicle from the service rep said it was a rock and there is nothing Nissan can do about it. Didn't even listen to the fact there were no cars in front of us and the sunroof exploded outward not in. The explosion absolutely terrified my husband, son and myself as it sounded like a gun shot. I have no idea if the chunks of glass flying off the back of the car ended up hitting any cars that were behind us.
Traveling I-80 from york, ne to Lincoln, ne. On June 3, 2019, 11:47 a.M. approx. 2 miles West of hwy 15 exit, we hear a loud explosion and thought a tire or something hit our Pathfinder. Lucky no other vehicles were around us and the weather was hot with clear skys. I pulled into a divided portion of the interstate and inspected the car and found everything ok. Started down the road again and we heard pieces of something rolling off our roof. I inspected the rear sunroof, found it ok and then started pulling back the front cover of the sunroof and realized the glass has shattered. I immediately called our salesman at Nissan to report the damage and to see if it was covered under warranty. He said it would have to be looked at and we could have a loaner to use in the mean time.
