This 2019 Nissan Pathfinder: The ABS, Traction Control, and Collision lights all illuminate at once on the vehicle's dash board. When the vehicle's engine is turned off and then back on, the lights reset. However, they illuminate once again.

Is it noted anywhere that the 2019 Nissan Pathfinder SV 4x4 vehicle's brakes wear rather quickly, that whatever pin was missing is not secured properly and as well as the brake fluid dissapating? All of this is vital to proper safety. Although I like Pathfinders, I will not subject myself or my funds to an unsafe vehicle and the repairing brakes every 3 months. I was told and shown that my vehicle had new front and rear brakes when it was purchased. My rear brakes wore out in 3 months of owning the vehicle and the front ones are wearing in their 5th month. When I had the rear brakes repaired at Tire South, they explained that I was missing a vital pin, which is why it was making noise. There was also no brake fluid present. They said I had been very lucky while driving.

The ICC gives false crash warnings and automatically brakes your vehicle while driving at highway speeds, which is a dangerous situation. I believe it to be a bad Bosch Radar Sensor which is faulty. Other owners have told me of their same problem.

Aeb (automatic emergency braking) light randomly comes which means aeb function has been turned off. This action disables intelligent cruise control which relies on aeb to automatically slow the car if it encounters a slower vehicle ahead. Only had the car a week or so, bought used with 40,000 miles on it from enterprise car rental. Reading the web indicates this could be an issue if you are driving with cruise control enabled and then cruise control is randomly turned off due to faulty (Bosch?) radar sensor. Vehicles with aeb should have a means to turn aeb off without disabling features such as cruise control. Cruise control feature is pretty standard and has been around for years. Should not disable it simply due to new governmental safety requirements.

5-13-2019 (5 am) I was in an accident. The aeb (automatic emergency braking system) was active. The car was in motion until impacting a Mercedes. I was on the "maze" I-880 (freeway) and chp arrived at 5:25 am and a field report file was file and I will contest it. See attachment. There is a prepare document explaining. I saw no warning lights on the dash during motion or crash time. Driving ultimately a dash red indicator came on. At the time I did not know what that to think. Upon returning home it said the car might suddenly stop. Researching I found a way to turn off this feature. But every-time one turns on the ignition, this switch resets itself... there is no way to turn it completely, but other safety features do. I find this odd and problem until car is repaired. I believe this system failed to operate, but evaluation is difficult. I like the black box recorder to be down loaded. I found a person who can do this, but he can not evaluate the data. Does the NHTSA have this skill? I believe my start of the art car could tell us more. Presently Pathfinder sl own by [xxx] is at jim bone Nissan santa rosa waiting for a part. I will attach two files containing all related information. I am aware after this accident that there is an effort to recall Pathfinder sl concerning this sensor aeb. Thank you.
