Nissan extended warranty ended at 84K which was an extension due to a court case involving defective transmissions! This defect would have been out-of-pocket if not for an extended warranty which is an expensive option! Many families would have been devastated financially to pay for this repair. There should be an appeals process for all makes and models for "known" or potential problems of this costliness.
