My husband and I were getting groceries out of the back and we opened the liftgate and when my husband was reaching in to grab stuff it started closing so I rushed over to hit the button and screamed at him to move and it had just grazed his shoulder. He thought I closed it on him at first and when I hit the button it lifted back up all the way and for no reason it started closing again and when it would close it would open up again while we were just staring at it not hitting a thing on the car or key fob. That is terrifying considering it could have been a kid there. By the way, it does still make the beeps when it was opening and closing by itself but my husband just didn't hear it/pay attention to what it was.
We haven't had a chance to take it in yet but are planning to this week.
