When the rear air control is on the highest setting there is little to no air coming out of the center console. When trying to change the rear mode it does not change between various location settings. I have been told during multiple service visits that there is no visit issue so it cant be fixed.
When i stop abruptly at a red light or accelerate quickly the air will randomly kick on and run as it normally should. Because the rear air control turns off and on randomly it leads me to believe this is an electrical issue or fault in the fan hardware. There is little incentive for the service center to repair an electrical issue they cant see.
I have two little children and cannot have them in the car during a St. Louis summer when the rear air does not blow.
