I had to drive from Ellerslie GA to LaGrange Ga five different times to get both front struts replaced. First time they did not hear the popping metal noises. Second trip they heard the noises and ordered one left front strut. Third time they installed left front strut. Fourth time, two days later had to go back where they heard noises again but had to order parts. Fifth time they installed the new strut on the right front of vehicle. Total miles was 500 miles and hours of time.
