Pathfinder L 3.5L

I bought a 10 year extended rust guaranty. I also bought the extended manufacturer guaranty as well. I always had my car checked by the dealer since day 1. Never the dealer ever asked me to show them my guaranty document to stamp the back of the guaranty when I came for any visit.

Now Longueuil Nissan says I neglected to have my car checked for rust because my guaranty paper is not stamped in the back so they refuse to fix the problem.

The hood has started to buble rust at the front edge after about 5 years. This affects my reselling value.

I will reply to the manufacturer for the legal warranty.

Why should anyone pay $600 for so much pain in the arse ?

The paint on my hood has been bubbling almost all the way across. When it was in the shop the dealership asked Nissan to go good for it but of course Nissan denied the claim. Now the bubbles and flaking and look like sh*t
