The front windows of the vehicle go down after you close the door with the beeper/ alarm. That happen several seconds after you close or open the car suddenly without any contact with the vehicle. It is very preoccupant because that happen some time without you notice it so if you are at a public parking your car is widely open.

The contact owns a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder. The contact stated that a crack developed in the windshield without anything hitting the windshield. The dealer stated that a pebble hit the windshield. The contact called the insurance company and agent confirmed that nothing hit the windshield to cause the crack in the windshield. The insurance agent confirmed that there was a defect in the windshield. The contact took the vehicle to an independent glass repair shop and they also confirmed that there was a defect in the windshield. The contact called the manufacturer with the information regarding the defect and stated that there was nothing they could do. The contact was concerned that the windshield could explode while driving causing serious injuries. The failure mileage was 17,000.
