Fuel gauge sticks or drops to empty when the tank gets to 1/4 full. Gauge stays stuck even after fill up for several trips or days. Nissan has had a recall for this issue on many of their models over a large range of years. When Nissan North America was called they indicated that my VIN # was not on the recall list yet the recall details are exactly what is occurring with my vehicle.
