Transmission & Radiator replaced via "extended warranty" in May 2013. When transmission hose ruptured, I questioned whether it was related to the previous repair, and was assured that it was not. I was also told that it would not have been replaced when they replaced the transmission and radiator in May 2013. It cost $262 ($220 of which was labor)
Update from Sep 5, 2014: August 2014 - Transmission hose leaking AGAIN - replaced at dealer
