Annoying Leak, Dealer wanted $1200 to replace entire line. I told them my rear heat was not worth the money. Took it to Firestone, had them cut the line over the rear axle, replace with new hose, and double clamp it in multiple places. Works great. 1 hour labor, plus some parts, got out for $123 bucks.

I don't know how change the alu pipe, because so many curve on pipe and the pipe is between the body and frame. For the moment i've cut it and installed a rubber hose where is the leak but it's not the best solution.

problem was dirt build up behind a factory strap. Wore its way through the alum tubing.

Had to separate chassis from frame to fix. Bad engineering.
