My 2000 Pathfinder rear doors won't open. I tried everything to fix it, I am a mechanic of forty years and never had a car door I could not open one way or another. It must be a Nissan defect as I checked out other Pathfinders in the junk yard and they all had the same problem. My fix was to cut off the doors at the latch and replace with 2003 doors that had working handles and locks!!!
