second tranmission 90,000 miles on last one. started hearing a grinding noise from the gear box a month ago. it got louder and louder. then the other day it just would not go. call aaa, then cancel because it went in gear and i drive bout a mile and went out again, i call aa to come and get me.. it was driven onto the aaa truck then would not go again i heard that there was a transmisson problem on the 1999 pathfinder, but could not hear how to fix it
