severe sway in the rear of the vehicle at 35mph or above
I purchased this vehicle from a dealer in Oregon. I needed a vehicle fast since my regular driver was totaled by a drunk driver. I purchase the 1998 because the test drive was fine and the dealer showed me a car fax that didn't show any major issues. It ran okay for about two months and then everything started going bad. An oil leak started and is running like a faucet, there is also a radiator leak and then, My mom was driving my truck with my daughter and was on the highway going 60 MPH when the rear started to sway violently. She slowed down and left the highway and made her way home by the side streets. She started looking for issues with Pathfinders and found out that there were several complaints about the same issue on this website. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general against the dealership that sold me the vehicle and included NISSAN USA in the complaint because they have received numerous complaints about the issue but haven't issued a recall. I don't want my family dying because Nissan won't fix the problem on the Pathfinder.
I don't have the money to fix the problem and I need a vehicle for work quick. Any new info on this problem? I need some suggestions because I don't want to drive a vehicle that could kill me and others.
