engine stalls during movement; easily restarts and repeats

Had Nissan dealer diagnostic done. Installed new plugs, wires, rotor, distributor cap, and coil. Stalling problem persisted and is extremely dangerous when pulling across or into moving traffic. Stalls happen during normal operation but engine will restart as it coasts along in neutral or is coasted over to the shoulder or curb and stopped. Idling engine runs smoothly. Fuel filter is new. Fuel pump may be the only item left to replace.
