we bought our first new car last April 2008 .a Nissan note 1.5 diesel from glyn hopkin ipswich. December of that year the windscreen started to freeze on the inside in fairly cold weather which did seem to take forever to defrost.i believe a brand new car should not freeze inside, this got worse in the new year and you would have water on windows even if the car had not frozen inside.my wife took the car back and they kept it for 2 days ,there reply to my wife was nothing wrong one of those things you will just have to put up with it.this got my back up so i questioned them and they suggested they had the car again for longer ,they gave us a 1 .4 petrol note as a hire car(strangely enough in very cold weather this car did not get frozen or wet inside).glyn hopkin and Nissan will of as today 24/03/2009 do nothing at all to repair or replace the car .even though i have offered to buy another car ,but they say i have 2,500.00 pounds negative on my car .i am chasing for more answers but advice people not to buy Nissan
