I saved up 4 years and sold my vehicle to buy a brand new vehicle which cost $30,000. Picked up the vehicle and went to my Parents home 30 minutes away. When I got there, I went to take them for a drive and as soon as I opened the rear passenger door to let my Mother in, I saw the damage to the roof, then the dmage to the door. Somewhere on the line when the door keeper isn't in place yet, the rear LH door has hit the roof. It has been botched up and filled with something and painted over and rust has set in. Also the tonneau cover has been fitted poorly, the protective stickers aren't in line and the tabs have rubbed off the paint in several places down to the bare metal. There are greasy fingerprints also under the stickers and it is clear it is a rushed job. The vehicle went back for roof repairs and the job hasn't been done well, I can see the damage still. I am now taking them to VCAT, small court to have a hearing. The Ute tub is still needing repairs. I want my money back like any faulty goods. I went in to Lilydale, Australia Dealership to buy a new car, not a damaged vehicle. I would never buy a Nissan again after the way Head Office have treated me, I even sent the complaint to Japan where the vehicle was made. They didn't respond. I should be able to get my money back so I can buy something else and they can take the vehicle, repair it and sell it as a used 2nd hand car and learn from their mistakes. Nissan Head Office Dandenong, Victoria, Australia have been disgusting to say the least. They have put this down to not notciable damage, taken blurry photo's to make them selves look good for Court on the 18th of this month, Feb 2013. Shame on you Nissan.
