I reported problem and had to wait a week for service appointment. I was told they agreed with the vibration problem and that service manager tried another vehicle from the lot. Same new car and model and it also had the same problem. Sales manager stated it was OK and that I only had 195 kms. and the car was not broke in yet. It was said it was not broken so what are they able to fix? IF IT AIN'T BROKE NOTHING TO FIX - what can they do? Very poor attitude from sales manager. They admit to the problem but won't go any further than that.
