2018 MURANO; BRAKE BOOSTER DESIGN CHANGE
SERVICE INFORMATION
A change has been made to the brake booster assembly (booster) and brake booster supply hose (supply hose) for the Applied Vehicles built on or after the Applied Date.
- Vehicles built on or after the Applied Date will have the booster?s vacuum supply check valve installed onto the booster (style B) instead of being part of the supply hose.
- Vehicles built before the Applied Date will continue to use style A.
Visually confirm which style of booster is original equipment for the vehicle before ordering replacement parts.
IMPORTANT: Style B booster and supply hose are not interchangeable with style A parts, and cannot be used on vehicles built before the Applied Date.
If the vehicle was manufactured in February 2018, visually confirm if style A or style B parts are present before ordering replacement parts.

IMPORTANT: Style A and style B parts cannot be interchanged.
