Nissan Strand in Little River, SC had my car apart for 6 days waiting on 4 different parts to repair my heated and cooled driver seat. On day 1, service techs call my husband to tell me that one of the wires looked like it was nicked which caused the seat to stop working. They will order new parts and should be done in a few days. Day 4, we called after no response and found out that 3 parts where received and waiting on one more part. At the end of day 5, we called again and found out that the part #4 is indefinitely on back order. Service advisor suggested that they give me back my car and just wait it out. Or I can call Nissan and make a complaint with a highlighted part number on paperwork they gave me. This is not the first time an important part for a brand new car has been back ordered. Very frustrated and disappointed.
