I started having a problems with my sunroof in 2016 with it moving both directions only an inch at a time and wouldn't close without me holding down the wind deflector. My local Nissan dealer had my car into their shop over a 3 day period to fix it. It started again in March 2017, just after my warranty was finished which wasn't even a year after Nissan dealership fixed it the first time. They told me it will cost $139.00 for diagnostic test since it's no longer under warranty regardless if they already dealt with this issue a year prior. They should do the diagnostic testing for free at the time when they did my 48000K tune--up and was informed about it at that time.
