The first time the visor broke was about 6 months after I bought it and was replaced under warranty. The second time both visors broke within a few months of each other in 2021. Neither will stay up so it does cause a driving hazard. Something on the inside brakes so it is not an easy fix. Went to the dealer - of course they will not do anything because it is out of warranty. But they quoted me a price of $199 each to replace them.
So I bought some from a scrap yard - much cheaper and we will see how long they last.
