The hinge on the sunvisor broke, making the sunvisor completely unusable. It would not stay up out of the way, but also could not be pushed against the windshield, but just tangled obstructing the view. Nissan does not make the hinge only available for repair, even though this was the only part that was broken. The fix was a replacement of the entire sunvisor with hinge already attached, at a cost of $350. I did not have it replaced because there was nothing wrong with the sunvisor and I don’t want to pay $350 when all I needed was a new hinge.
