Bought the car used and after about a month of owning it I noticed that every time I was on an incline my vehicle would start rolling backward and I would have to apply the brake and ride the gas pedal to keep from rolling completely backward in traffic. I took it to the dealer and reenacted the issue and then we test drove another 2009 Murano to see if it would do the same. When both vehicles were proven to roll backward the Service Department told me it must be normal. I questioned how rolling backward was safe and could he check further into the matter. I never got a call back!
