Exhaust fumes enter the cabin immediately upon startup. I put the SUV on lift, attached to exhaust smoke system test, and discovered an exhaust leak at the manifold, in the rear of the engine, near the firewall. 4.5 hours of labor and $300 part.
Along with the old seat problem, and rear subframe rust, this car is totaled.
