- the contact stated that on a clear sky day while driving at 60 mph the steering wheel locked. The car flippled over and it was totaled. The contact felt that the vehicle should be covered under NHTSA recall campaign 06V401000. The consumer has provided a copy of a consumer's report and used car buying guide in 2007, however the information does state 2003 and 2004 models and the problem was fixed in 2005 models. Update 04/30/07
