- while driving the 2005 Nissan Murano at 55 mph another driver cut her off, causing the contact to lose control of the vehicle and crash. In an attempt to apply the brakes the contact lost control and the vehicle spun into a median. The contact stated that the ABS didn't function properly and was a safety risk. The road conditions were wet due to the rain. The current vehicle and failure mileage were 33,000. The contact sustained injuries in the crash.
