After getting emissions test done on car, cover over gas cap bent backwards too far (?) and no longer completely closes or locks. Complained to emissions department that they were possibly too rough with it(?), but they reviewed video tape of attendant opening cover and reported that they were not negligent. Frustrating that cover over gas cap no longer closes completely, is not flush with the side of the car and no longer locks.
