Within 6000 miles of my transmission getting replaced my timing chain broke. In a Nissan Murano 2003 the engine must be removed to replace the timing chain. Labor $2500.00, Parts $3000.00. Decided to not put anymore money into this moneypit. It is obvious if you have a Murano trade it off around 150,000 miles as to avoid the manufacturing defects in this vehicle. I will NEVER buy another Nissan product for the rest of my life so they have lost a customer.
