air leak in pilar between driver side and back seat window

When windy and driving at over 60 MPH, can hear a flapping sound in the pilar on the driver side window between the window and back seat. Opened the door to check, the rubber seal on the pillar is snapped on, not a good seal. Dealer said nothing they could do.

While driving at a speed above 60 and windy. The front passenger side windshield chirps very loud. Is sounds like an air gap in the seal. Took to the dealership, they said they couldn't hear it. Said to bring it back when it's windy.
