There's a class action lawsuit filed in late 2011, & it is still in the "discovery" stage. Apparently, these things take time ... far too much time.
A/c never had much power of cool air in the backseat, but is a lot worse now no cool air to the passenger seat. The driver seat does get ok air flow only. RECALL, they should be responsible
