My air bag light was ON since I bought it from a elderly couple. They told me they had gone through a small accident and bag was deployed. The dealership fixed the bag. Later on the light was ON since 2018. There was an air bag recall in 2017 for this car, so I went to a Nissan dealership in Calgary, AB, Canada. They replaced the bag but but light did not go off. When I asked for it they said they will use a diagnostic tool to find out out the cause of it and charge me $ 175 bucks for it. They find out that the there is problem with air bag control module, parts on backorder for 4-5 weeks and cost me $ 1500 bucks to replace it. I don't know what to do for it. Please help me.
