When cold it starts right up, but then instantly drops RPM's so low it almost stalls, then in the next second it recovers (most of the time), and then it's ok.
I'm not sure how it works. There must be a cold start fuel injector to pop up the RPM, then the mass air flow sensor has to react quickly or there is an air bypass, or something to keep the correct mixture during the first few seconds of cold start.
