I changed out 1 relay of which there are 2 designated for rad fan 2 & rad fan 3. No rad fan 1 relay. No effect. Tried to wire fans up directly to troubleshoot but there are 4 wires per fan & hooking up a hot wire to each connector did not have any effect. There must be something else controlling the fans or both fans are bad or the thermostat controlling the relays is not working or.......
