Had all 6 coils, bank 1 head cylinder gasket, spark plugs, rear main seal, top radiator hose, intake manifold, exhaust and intake plenum gaskets replaced. Car ran fine for a month and now the temperature gauge is fluctuating from hot to cold and the car is running rough again. The car is not smoking at this time.
