2G Telematics Hardware Replacement Customer Satisfaction Initiative
The announcement from November 17th, 2016 has been revised to include:
o A correction to the steps for determining TCU type on MY11-MY15 LEAF
o Clarification that no special parts approval or ordering process is required. Dealers may order replacement TCUs using normal service parts ordering processes.
