SERVICE INFORMATION When replacing (exchanging) an A/V Control Unit, do not remove the Map SD Card. The Map SD Card is matched to the unit. If an A/V Control Unit is sent to Clarion without the Original Map SD Card, Clarion will NOT accept it. The A/V Control Unit will be sent back to the dealer. See this bulletin for further detail.
