Brakes just let go when moderately stopping, then reapply themselves slamming to a full lock and nearly caused a car behind to crash. Driver behind also reported no visible brake lamps. Nissan denies problem and said car reported no codes.

Driving on the freeway, I had to suddenly hit the brake to slow down (I did not want to stop). Brakes locked-up and car started to skid. I took my foot off the brake but car kept skidding until it stopped. I am very luck I did not get in an accident, but Nissan is luckier to have escape litigation.
